Shipping Zone

We offer worldwide shipping but acknowledge not all products can follow this criteria. If an order was placed that can not be shipped you will be refunded and notified immediately. 

Shipping Duration

Shipping time can vary depending on your location. Generally, orders can take between 7-21 business days to arrive to the intended destination. 

Shipping Cost 

We offer a standard shipping rate of $5.99 (CAD). Orders over $49 are subject to free standard shipping. We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
