Shipping Destinations
SenseSave offers worldwide shipping on eligible products. However, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, product type, carrier limitations, or other applicable requirements. If an order is placed for a product that cannot be shipped to the specified destination, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected order.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors affecting transit. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 7–21 business days (1–3 weeks) from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.99 CAD. Orders of $49.99 CAD or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
At this time, SenseSave does not offer express shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of being placed. Processing times may vary during promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes
At this time, SenseSave does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical delivery address when placing your order to help ensure successful delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the applicable carrier's website.
